Our Story

To make your journey to our wedding as easy and enjoyable as possible, a complimentary bus will be provided for all guests. Pick-up Location:Gold Coast Hwy &amp; Burleigh Heads Stop (Opposite Betty’s Burgers, there is a white gazebo as the bus stop)Link to address: https://maps.apple/p/qpPTaUhpkZ3u.A&nbsp; Departure Time:1:30pm sharp The bus will take everyone directly to the wedding venue, so please ensure you arrive a little early to allow time to park and board. Women: Think floor length gowns or elegant evening dresses. Block heels are recommended as the venue includes grass and gravel areas. Men: A tuxedo is welcome but not required. A dark suit with a collared shirt and tie is perfect. Note: The bridal party will be wearing black and brown.

What should I wear?Our dress code is black tie optional - think classic, elegant, and timeless. Suits, ties, and formal dresses are perfect. Can I bring a plus one?No plus ones, please. We’ve carefully planned the guest list to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Are kids invited?Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, unless your children have been specifically invited on your invitation. What time does the bus leave?The bus will depart from Burleigh Bowls Club at 1:30pm sharp. Please arrive a little earlier to ensure you don’t miss it. Is there parking at the venue?Yes, limited parking is available at the venue. However, we recommend using the bus provided. When does the night finish?We’ll be dancing and celebrating into the night, with formalities wrapping up around 10:30pm. What should I do if I have dietary requirements?Please include any dietary needs when you RSVP - we’ll make sure you’re well looked after. Is there a recovery event?Yes! Join us on Saturday at Burleigh Bowls Club for a few laughs and a relaxed afternoon before we disappear for a few days together.
